建筑、環(huán)藝、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；2年以上設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所裝飾施工圖制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（工裝）；精通AUTOCAD軟件，并同時(shí)熟練使用其它相關(guān)軟件；熟悉掌握施工圖繪制規(guī)范和要求；對各種細(xì)部處理、節(jié)點(diǎn)、收口做法非常熟練，能獨(dú)立完成整套施工圖。施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，了解材料及設(shè)計(jì)概算方面的知識；協(xié)助配合主案設(shè)計(jì)師做好深化設(shè)計(jì)工作，完成全套施工圖繪制；能快速充分了解設(shè)計(jì)意圖，并轉(zhuǎn)換成施工圖之各項(xiàng)細(xì)節(jié)圖紙；協(xié)助參與項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場的配合與交涉；協(xié)助配合在各項(xiàng)材料以及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度上跟進(jìn)。接受實(shí)習(xí)生，實(shí)習(xí)期6個月以上。
